Cease Upon the Capitol first practiced in February 2004. In the course of 3 years, they've released two 7"s, a split 3" CD, a full-length album, and toured all over Europe. Their future plans are to record and release an EP in Spring 2007, to tour Europe again in June-July, and to do some touring on the east coast USA.
